We had a wonderful stay. My only compliant was having to be at the towel hut by 9am to check in for the umbrellas that we rented in advance and were paying for each day.

Hotel location and landscaping are outstanding. Close to all exterior and beach restaurants. Pools are nice and night swim feels good since the water is warm. The only negative point is thhe breakfast(so so basic for a 5 star hotel like Hyatt)

Good and beverage was reasonably priced compared to other hotel chains.  Balconies are small with no room for sitting, however, lobby area was a great place to have morning coffee and relax.  Will go back!

A parte da praia nos decepcionou. Muitos quiosques de locação de e barcos na frente do hotel, impediam a visão da praia. E para os hóspedes ficarem nas palapas - quiosques - era cobrado o valor adicional de U$ 80,00.

Café da manhã diversificado, muito bom. Palapas U$ 80,00 por dia. A localização em relação ao centrinho é excelente, mas em relação a praia não é muito intererssante, pois tem muitas embarcações e comércios na frente.

A cobrança de U$ 80,00 para usarmos as palapas na praia nos deixou muito indignados. As palapas oferecidas sem cobrança adicional ficavam atrás do pier, vista péssima - e tinham que ser locadas com muita antecedência, ou seja, impossível de serem usadas.
